Vikings 26, Redskins 38

The Vikings finally fall to earth with a 38-26 loss to the Redskins in Washington today.  This loss drops the Vikings to 4-2 on the season.  It was easily their worst performance of the season.  They looked great in the first quarter but after that it was all Redskins.  They need to play with more of a killer instinct, their 'take what they give you' approach will only take them so far, they need to be able to impose their own will on a team.  I think we also saw some of the limitations of Christian Ponder as a QB, he doesn't have a cannon of an arm, he doesn't look deep too often, teams are starting to give the Vikings the deep stuff and are creeping up to the line of scrimmage to stop Adrian Peterson (and the short passes).
