Arizona St 51, Colorado 17

The Sun Devils move to 5-1 tonight with a 51-17 win over Colorado.  ASU started fast, eased up, then finished with a flurry.  Overall, minus the 2nd quarter, it was a pretty impressive road win for the Sun Devils.  I have to suspect that they will be ranked next week.  Speaking of next week, I'm already pumped up for the Blackout at Sun Devil Stadium next Thursday against #2 ranked Oregon, that game will be a good indicator at where the Devils stand.  

Observations?

• Another strong game for QB Taylor Kelly (20-28 for 308 yards & 5 TD's).  
• I've been impressed with Offensive Coordinator Mike Norvell.  
• Total Yards:  Arizona St 593, Colorado 255.  
• ASU RB's do an excellent job catching the ball out of the backfield. 
• RB Marion Grice is earning more and more playing time every week. 
• Will Sutton continues to shine.  PAC-12 Defensive POY? 
• It's amazing how much more disciplined ASU is playing this year. 
• ASU plays much better at Sun Devil Stadium than on the road. 
• Rashad Ross does a nice job as a kick returner. 
• Up next?  Oregon @ Sun Devil Stadium next Thursday night on ESPN.
