TPSG Endorses Hillary Clinton

I don't think there's really any reason to drag this on much longer, I think it's time to officially take a stand on the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.  The Perpetually Single Guy hereby officially endorses Hillary Clinton for President of the United States.  It really shouldn't be a tough decision for anyone, you have one highly qualified candidate and by my estimation 3 other candidates who should not hold any sort of elected office anywhere.

Don't let the naysayers steer you wrong, Hillary Clinton is one of the most qualified candidates for President ever.  She graduated from Wellesley College and received a law degree from Yale, in her early years she fought for civil rights, when Bill Clinton was elected President she became First Lady and saw first hand the trials and tribulations that come with the office of the Presidency, she then served 8 years in the United States Senate as Senator for the state of New York, and then finally served 4 years as President Obama's Secretary of State.  You can't get much more qualified than that.  Her stand on the issues are also more in line with what I believe is the direction that we need to be moving (i.e. middle up, not more trickle down) and she brings a steady hand to foreign policy.  Lastly, if you really want change, you should be voting for the candidate that will for the first time in the past 40+ years put someone on the Supreme Court who will shift the court to the left.

Donald Trump on the other hand took out a large loan from his father and started a real estate company.  Wouldn't it be nice if we all came from rich parents?  There's no doubt that Donald Trump has done phenomenally well in the field of real estate.  Of course there's no telling how well because he has failed to release his tax returns, it's also worth noting that he has employed some rather sketchy business practices and has had more than his share of business failures to go along with his successes.  He's also a racist, misogynist who has alienated everyone from blacks to Hispanics to women to Asians to the LGBT community to the handicapped to the Muslim and Jewish communities.  His ties to the alt-right community and his foreign business ties are also concerning as is his penchant for dishonesty.  His refusal to rule out the use of nuclear weapons should also be a concern to everyone.  His refusal to believe that climate change is man made is beyond absurb.  His policies on taxes, healthcare and immigration don't stand up to scrutiny.  His ties to Russia should be put under more scrutiny.  His temperament is lacking to say the least.  His potential Supreme Court nominees should also scare everyone.  How anyone can look at him and see the person they want as President of the United States is beyond me.  Needless to say, I am not a Donald Trump fan, he would literally be a disaster for the United States.

Don't even get me started on Gary Johnson and Jill Stein either, neither should be anywhere close to the White House.  The Libertarian Party is nothing but a front group for corporate America, they don't care about the interests of ordinary Americans, they are only fighting for the wealthy.  The Green Party on the other hand is nothing but a group of unrealistic idealists who don't seem to recognize the realities of ruling in such a divided country.   In my mind, a vote for either is a vote for Donald Trump.
