Twins win AL Central

The Minnesota Twins became the first team to clinch a playoff spot tonight when they knocked off the Indians 6-4 and the White Sox lost to the A's 7-2.  This is the Twins sixth AL Central Championship in the last nine years, that's a pretty impressive run.  Hopefully, the early clinching will allow them to rest some of their banged up vets (yes I' m talking about you Joe Mauer) and set their rotation for the playoffs.  Hopefully, that will also help them get out of the first round of the playoffs.  Go TWINS!!!
