Obamacare Provisions Now in Effect

Several new provisions of Obamacare finally took effect yesterday.  It couldn't happen soon enough as far as I'm concerned as there are now 50.7 million people without health insurance

The following provisions went into effect:
  • young adults up to age 26 will have the option to enroll in a parent's health plan.
  • insurers can no longer place lifetime limits on benefits, and annual limits are severely curtailed.
  • insurers can no longer retroactively cancel, or rescind, coverage.
  • there are new options for as many as 400,000 people with preexisting health conditions, who will immediately be able to enroll in new state-based insurance plans, and for the parents of thousands of children with preexisting conditions, who can no longer be denied health insurance for these youngsters.
  • Medicare will eliminate cost-sharing for preventive care, and will provide for an annual wellness visit with no copayment.
So if you're a Republican urging the repeal of Obamacare, which of these do you start with?  Which of these provision do American's not want as you claim?   Good luck with your argument, I'm guessing you'll need to continue to distort your argument, so distort away.
