Observations:
- I don't think that Stefon Diggs is going to lose his starting spot.
- The Vikings pass rush was relentless today.
- You cannot stop Adrian Peterson, you can only hope to contain him.
- The Vikings really need to do a better job with their red zone offense.
- That was easily one of the best games I've seen from Teddy Bridgewater.
- Blair Walsh appears to be over his early season struggles.
- The Vikings UCLA linebacker tandem is very impressive.
- Sharrif Floyd would have probably helped today.
- First quarter scoring: Lions 14, Vikings 6
- Second-Fourth quarter scoring: Vikings 25, Lions 5
- Total Yards: Vikings 425, Lions 274
- Time of Possession: Vikings 36:27, Lions 23:33
- First Downs: Vikings 25, Lions 14
- The Vikings offensive line still has lots of room for improvement.
- That late goal line stand by the Vikings defense was huge.
- I would have probably punted before giving up that safety late in the game.
- Brandon Fusco got taken to town by Haloti Ngata.
- Was it the smokeless tobacco or the shrimp?
- It may be time for a change of scenery for Matthew Stafford.
- Up next? @ Chicago Bears next Sunday.
