Cardinals 42, Lions 17

The Cardinals went into Detroit today and knocked off the Lions 42-17.  The Cardinals improve to 4-1 on the season with this win.  Turnovers were the story of this game, it's not often that you win a game when you turn the ball over 6 times.  The Cardinals are playing some really good football too, I like the direction this team in moving.  Keep rolling Cards!

Observations:

• Chris Johnson is turning into a tremendous pickup by the Cardinals. 
• There may not be a more underrated DB in football than Rashad Johnson. 
• The Cardinals are scoring at a record pace this season. 
• You've got to appreciate a 99 yard touchdown drive. 
• David Johnson seems to have emerged as the Cardinals short yardage RB. 
• Nice interception by Cory Redding, that hurdle attempt though??? 
• The Cardinals were 5 for 5 from the red zone. 
• Bruce Arians is now 25-11 as head coach of the Arizona Cardinals. 
• Turnovers:  Lions 6, Cardinals 0
• Patrick Peterson did a nice job on Calvin Johnson today.  
• It was nice to see Drew Stanton get some action with Carson Palmer healthy.
• John Brown may want to cool it on the celebrations. 
• Andre Ellington is not going to give up his starting spot without a fight. 
• It's not often that the Cardinals are shutout in a quarter. 
• The officiating had me scratching my head a bit today.  
• What on earth has happened to Matthew Stafford? 
• I think the Lion fans are a bit perturbed by this Lions team. 
• The Cardinals had better get used to playing on the road. 
• I was never a fan of the Jim Caldwell hiring by the Lions. 
• Up next?  @ Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers next Sunday.
