Vikings 29, Redskins 26

The Vikings knocked off the Redskins 29-26 today in Minneapolis.  The Vikings improved to 4-5 on the season (damn that last second Bills win).  I like what I'm seeing from them, they compete hard, they play really solid defense and the offense is coming around.  The key moving forward will be the development of Teddy Bridgewater, he's still a rookie and it shows, but I see improvement every week. Nice win Vikes!

Observations:

• 2nd half Teddy Bridgewater was much better than 1st half Teddy Bridgewater. 
• Everson Griffen would get my vote as team MVP up to this point. 
• Sharrif Floyd has really upped his game the last few weeks. 
• That Vikings defense can really bring the heat.  
• The officiating today was just atrocious.  This seems like a trend.  
• I really like what Greg Jennings brings to the Vikings offense.  
• 3 more touchdowns for Matt Asiata!   Touchdown machine! 
• Chad Greenway was really hit and miss today.  
• The Vikings were 8-15 on 3rd down, that wins games.  
• Chase Ford has done a nice job of filling in for Kyle Rudolph.  
• I don't miss that Vikings cover-2 defense at all.  
• Teddy Bridgewater must get better on his deep throws.  
• That roughing penalty on Harrison Smith was just awful.  
• Cordarrelle Patterson needs a lot of work on his route running.  
• I wouldn't mind seeing Audie Cole getting some of Jasper Brinkley's reps. 
• Is Adrian Peterson nearing a return?  
• I'm not sure that RGIII's playing style is conducive to a long playing career.  
• Was that bus trip to the stadium a sign of things to come. 
• Alfred Morris is a pretty solid RB for the Redskins.  
• Apparently many in Minnesota would like the Redskins to change their name.
• Up next?  @ Chicago to take on the Bears in 2 weeks (next week is bye week).
