Observations:
- What a horrible decision by Mitch Leidner on that last drive.
- Tommy Armstrong Jr was just too much for the Gophers in the end.
- That first Minnesota drive was easily their best drive of the game.
- The Gophers are doing a much better job of scoring early this season.
- Tracy Claeys is certainly not afraid to go for it on fourth down.
- Gopher WR's weren't helping Mitch Leidner out tonight.
- Minnesota has been really good in the red zone this season.
- The Gophers need to find themselves a pass catching tight end.
- I remember when it was illegal for a WR to throw a pick block.
- Criticize Mitch Leidner all you want but he's money running near the goal line.
- I can see why Jalen Myrick plays defense.
- Nebraska did a nice job of slowing down the Gophers run game.
- The Gophers defense was very soft on third down tonight.
- Stephen Richardson is still a beast in the middle for the Gophers.
- I don't think I've seen a punt for negative yards before.
- Blake Cashman has been a pleasant surprise for the Gophers.
- Emmit Carpenter needs lots of work on his kickoffs.
- I was surprised to see Tommy Armstrong Jr out there for Nebraska.
- It was nice to see the Gophers honor Sam Foltz prior to kickoff.
- Up next? Northwestern @ Minnesota next Saturday.
