Seahawks 28, Cardinals 6

The Cardinals fell to the Seahawks 35-6 tonight on SFL from Glendale.  The Cardinals fall to 11-4 on the season.  There were huge stakes involved in this game, the Cardinals could have clinched the number one seed with a win, that is highly unlikely now.  That would have meant basically 3 more weeks of rest for Drew Stanton, now he'll have to come back in 2 weeks.  Let's not kid ourselves though, even with Drew Stanton the Cardinals are a long shot to win a playoff game, their season ended when Carson Palmer got hurt.  It's been a fun season though.

Observations:
  • Ryan Lindley's accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.
  • Logan Thomas should have been out there for more than one play
  • Alex Okafor has 8 sacks this season, I didn't see that coming.
  • I was expecting to see more Kerwynn Williams.
  • This was the Cardinals first home loss of the season.
  • I didn't like John "Smokey" Brown's body language tonight.
  • You don't want to arm tackle Marshawn Lynch.  Beast Mode
  • Calais Campbell was oddly invisible tonight.  No tackles.
  • That was a ballsy fourth down call by Bruce Arians in the 3rd quarter.
  • Total Yards:  Seahawks 596; Cardinals 216
  • Penalties:  Seahawks 11 for 97 yards; Cardinals 1 for 5 yards.
  • The Cardinals won't go far in the playoffs with this offense.
  • Russell Wilson killed the Cardinals on the ground and in the air
  • It sounded loud at the University of Phoenix Stadium!  Early anyways.
  • How do you let Luke Wilson of all people beat you?
  • The Cardinals luck apparently ran out tonight.
  • What's going on with Marshawn Lynch to start the game?   Flu bug?
  • The Seahawks defense is on quite a roll.
  • Those 3 missed field goals from Steven Hauschka were a rarity.
  • Up next?  @ San Francisco to close the regular season against the 49ers.
