ASU 35, Utah 14

ASU knocks of Utah 35-14 to move to 5-1 on the season.  I suspect they will continue to creep up in the Top 25 rankings (they are currently #22).  This is easily Dennis Erickson's best team at ASU.  Their speed and athleticism just wore Utah down, they couldn't keep up in the 2nd half.  They just have so many weapons, they use them all too so you can't really focus on stopping any one player.  Next weeks game against Oregon will be a nice barometer of their progress, I can't wait.

Observations:
-ASU really does have lots of playmakers.
-You're not in the Mountain West Conference anymore Utah.
-ASU was +5 on turnovers today, you don't lose much when you finish +5 on turnovers.
-Gerrell Robinson continued to shine, he has improved greatly as the season has progressed.
-This could have been WR Mike Willie's breakout game, dude is good.  7 catches, 98 yards, 2 TD's.
-The OL looked solid for being down 2 starters
-Alex Garoutte continues to do a solid job as kicker.
-ASU had 10 penalties today, they need to get that under control.
-When did Norm Chow take a job at Utah?  He's a good coach, he'll help them.
-Up next is Oregon, in Eugene, for PAC12 bragging rights (for now anyways).
