Vikings Name Leslie Frazier Coach

This news is a little old by now but I thought that I'd weigh in on the Vikings taking the interim label off of Leslie Frazier.  I like it for several reasons.  First, stability, especially given the labor strife soon to be hitting the NFL.  If there is no labor agreement reached in a timely manner it could result in missed OTA's and training camp time, that doesn't give a new coaching staff much time to evaluate players or implement new schemes.  Secondly, it's pretty obvious that everyone who has dealt with Frazier thinks the world of the guy, that's a distinct contrast to Brad Childress who did not seem too well liked by a good percentage of the players.  Lastly, he seems to be pretty well connected, there's already been speculation that he could add Mike Singletary and  Josh McDaniel to his coaching staff, those are a couple of quality assistant coaches to be adding (they may have failed as head coaches but they never would have gotten the chance to be head coaches if they were not top notch assistant coaches).  I may just be imagining it but it seemed that Childress was concerned about bringing in that caliber of assistants as they could have been seen as a threat to his authority.
