Most Hated Man in America?

It's been awhile since I updated my list, so here goes:

1. Donald Trump - his selling of fear and prejudice is despicable.  
2. Heather Bresch - the epitome of everything wrong with America's healthcare system. 
3. Martin Shkreli- you could make the argument that he should top this list.  
4. Bill Cosby - this vile rapist had a lot of people fooled. 
5. James O'Keefe - a blight upon the field of investigative journalism. 
6. Stephen Bannon - the leading propagandist of the Alt-Right movement. 
7. David Duke - Donald Trump brought him back out of the woodwork.  
8. Roger Ailes - this guy was a workplace monster.  
9. Kris Kobach - this wingnut is intent on suppressing the vote ordinary Americans.
10. Grover Norquist - his no tax pledge has crippled the U.S. economy.
