Republican Agenda?

Can someone help me, I'm trying to figure out what the agenda is for the current crop of Republicans.  From what I can tell, here are a few of their top priorities:

• Gin up outrage over faux conspiracies. 
• Obstruct President Obama. 
• Repeal Obamacare.  Still.  
• Destroy the powers of unions.  To our peril. 
• Get us into any war, anywhere.  
• Obstruct / Eliminate minimum wage laws. 
• Eliminate paid sick time. 
• More tax cuts for the wealthy. 
• Crack down on drilling protestors. 
• Squelch oversight of Fracking. 
• Legislate abortion into non-existence. 
• Oppose any and all LGBT rights acts.
• Kill jobs.  
• Hope for bad news.  

I haven't heard anything about actual governing, or creating jobs, or fixing our aging infrastructure, or moving the country forward, why would anyone vote for this agenda?   It puzzles me to no end.
