Randy Moss back in Purple!

The Vikings acquired Randy Moss (and a 7th round draft pick) from the Patriots today for a 3rd round draft pick in next years draft.  I love this move, he never should have been traded away in the first place, he belongs in purple.  I still blame former Vikings owner Red McCombs for trading him away in the first place.  As I see it, he did it for two reasons, 1) to maximize his profit before selling the team, and 2) as a final fuck you to the Vikings fans because they failed to vote him a new stadium.   Anyways, the Vikings were desperate for a WR, with Sidney Rice being out with his hip injury, they had absolutely no deep threat and Greg Lewis and Greg Camarillo were not cutting it as third options (Bernard Berrian was not cutting it as a 1-2 WR either for that matter).  Their lineup now is very impressive, Brett Favre at QB, Adrian Peterson at RB, Visanthe Shianco at TE, Percy Harvin & Randy Moss at WR, that's scary good.   Bernard Berrian is also much more suited for the third WR spot that he will slide into.  Plus, if/when Sidney Rice comes back, they'll be even scarier.   The rest of the season should be really fun to watch.  Go Vikes!
