Jameis Winston had a real good combine, there really aren't any remaining questions about his ability or football I.Q. at this point and with the Buccaneers desperate for help at QB, I think Winston to Tampa Bay seems like a lot better bet now than it did pre-combine (despite his continued red flags).
In my opinion, you can narrow the Vikings pick down to Brandon Scherff, DeVante Parker and Trea Waynes (unless someone in the Top 10 above slides of course). The Vikings OL was horrible most of last year, you have to think they'd like to shore that up to help in Teddy Bridgewater's development. That's where Scherff comes in, he's the highest graded OL in the draft, they could start him off at OG (replacing Charlie Johnson) and he could also swing outside to either OT position if Matt Kalil continues to struggle or if Phil Loadholt struggles to return from his injury. At the same time though, the Vikings historically don't draft interior offensive linemen high in the draft. A number one WR like DeVante Parker is also much needed in a Vikings offense desperate for playmakers. Given Mike Zimmer's defensive background, more help on defense wouldn't shock me either and the chance to add a top flight corner to play opposite of Xavier Rhodes could be awfully tempting to Zimmer.
The Cardinals still have me guessing, they desperately need help with their pass rush so an edge rusher (at either DE or OLB) seems like the logical pick. A RB like Melvin Gordon would look good in that Cardinals offense too though.
I will update my mock again after NFL free agency shakes out a bit.
