Observations:
- I did not like seeing Teddy Bridgewater being carted off the field.
- The Vikings version of thunder & lightning fared rather well.
- Mike Zimmer is proving to be a gutsy coach.
- I'm still puzzled by that 10 second run off at the end of the first half.
- Matt Asiata is becoming a touchdown machine. 3 touchdowns today.
- Total Yards: Minnesota 558, Atlanta 411
- Turnovers: Minnesota 0, Atlanta 2
- Jarius Wright showed up to play. 8 catches, 132 yards.
- The Vikings defense needs to do a much better job on third downs.
- It was easily Matt Kalil's best game of the year.
- Anthony Barr is playing some solid LB thus far.
- Still need more touches for Cordarrelle Patterson.
- Xavier Rhodes seems to be catching onto the new DPI rules.
- That Falcons offensive line is in a shambles.
- Captain Munnerlyn struggled today, I hope that's more of a mirage than a trend.
- The Vikings pass rush needs some work, they're not getting nearly enough pressure.
- I don't know if there's a Safety in the league I'd take over Harrison Smith.
- When did the Vikings implement the read option offense?
- No Peterson, Rudolph, Greenway, Fusco or Cassel for the Vikings today.
- Football in September should always be played outdoors!
- Up next? @ Lambeau Field on Thursday night to take on the Packers.
