The NFL Draft is now less than three weeks away, I think it's time to update my 2013 NFL Mock Draft, so here goes, version 4.0:

Notes:

• Luke Joekel looks like a lock to go number 1 overall. 
• I'm moving off my Jarvis Jones to Jacksonville pick, he apparently didn't workout well recently.  I still think the Jags want an impact pass rusher though.   
• With the Raiders acquisition of Matt Flynn I don't see Geno Smith ending up in Oakland.  
• The Eagles could go a number of directions, OT seems to make the most sense but I could see Dee Milliner or Dion Jordan going here also. 
• I don't know how the Lions pass on a DE, Ansah seems like a perfect fit.  
• I think the Browns would love to be able team up Dee Milliner with Joe Haden at CB. 
• The Cardinals really need to improve their OL, I'd be shocked if they don't take the highest ranked OL on the board at number 7, hopefully it's Eric Fisher if not I see Chance Warmack going here.  
• With the signing of Kevin Kolb the Bills may wait until round 2 to draft a QB, I'd advise them to take the highest rated QB in the draft if they have the chance.
• It sounds like the Jets will go with a pass rusher, an impact offensive player like Tavon Austin would probably be a better pick though if you asked me.  
• I still don't know which direction the Vikings will go, they need help at WR, CB, LB and DT, they'll certainly have lots of options available to them.  I'm going with Trufant and Allen but wouldn't be shocked to see Manti Te'o, Sylvester Williams or Arthur Brown go here at either 23 or 25.
