Arizona State 52, Arizona 37

The Sun Devils knocked off Arizona 52-37 today in Tempe to reclaim the Territorial Cup.  The Sun Devils improve to 6-5 on the season with this win, they also became bowl eligible.  The Sun Devils have responded well to that 3 game losing streak they had just a couple of weeks ago.  Still a disappointing season overall but beating Arizona lessens the sting a bit.  Nice win Devils!

Observations:

• Demario Richard & Kallen Ballage make for quite the RB tandem. 
• That was a horrible pass by Mike Bercovici on that pick-6.  
• Very impressive first ever collegiate catch for Jalen Harvey. 
• Kareem Orr has had quite an impressive freshman season.  
• There was no quit in the Wildcats today, they fought hard until the end. 
• Devin Lucien certainly deserved the Bob Moran MVP Award.  
• Mike Bercovici warrants at least an NFL tryout next year.  
• Lloyd Carrington did a nice job staying in bounds on that pick-6. 
• Total Yards:  Arizona State 565, Arizona 449
• Turnovers:  Arizona 3, Arizona State 2
• More touches for D.J. Foster would have been nice. 
• This win was a nice send off to the seniors.  
• Arizona really missed Anu Solomon today. 
• That 95 yard touchdown catch by Trey Griffey was pretty impressive.
• I'm honestly getting a little tired of all of the ASU uniform combos. 
• Davonte Neal had a rough game for Arizona.  
• Brandon Dawkins > Jerrard Randle at QB for Arizona. 
• I think the Todd Graham vs Rich Rodriguez rivalry may have come to an end today.
• Shouldn't the Territorial Cup game be the last game of the season? 
• Up next?  @ California next week to close their regular season.
