Observations:
- It was nice to see the Cardinals finally score early.
- Carson Palmer didn't seem too rusty from his week off.
- I'd put David Johnson in the top 5 running backs in the NFL at this point.
- Chandler Jones looks like he is getting comfortable in his new defense.
- You don't see Larry Fitzgerald dropped a pass to often.
- The Cardinals need to get Michael Floyd going.
- You don't see a team play seven DB's at the same time much.
- Tyrann Mathieu still doesn't look like his old self out there. He's close though.
- I didn't know the Cardinals had 2 healthy TE's to play at the same time.
- First Downs: Cardinals 28, Jets 11
- Time of Possession: Cardinals 36:02, Jets 23:58
- Turnovers: Jets 2, Cardinals 0
- Robert Nkemdiche actually got some playing time tonight.
- D.J. Swearinger is not afraid to lay some wood. He can pick it too.
- James Bettcher seems to be growing into the Defensive Coordinator role.
- There were 19 combined penalties in this game. Ugly.
- I was looking forward to watching Eric Decker in this one.
- Ryan Fitzpatrick is very underwhelming as a starting QB.
- I feel bad for Todd Bowles having to play with that offense.
- Up next? Seattle Seahawks @ Glendale next Sunday night.
